Will my car be returned to me in its original pre-accident condition?
At Francis Collision Centre, our goal is to repair your damaged automobile to its original pre-loss condition. Our staff of highly trained specialists will preform the proper repairs on your vehicle and return it to you as quickly as possible and in its pre-accident condition.
Am I provided a warranty on the repairs you perform on my vehicle?
We are so confident in the quality of our work that we offer a lifetime warranty on the repairs performed on your vehicle.
When do I pay for the repairs to my automobile?
You will pay your deductible when the repairs on your vehicle are complete and ready for pickup.
Will your company help me acquire a rental car?
Our service team will help you acquire a rental car before your automobile enters our shop. We will not only help you acquire a rental car, but we will arrange for pickup and drop off of your rental as well.
Does your company offer a shuttle service to pick me up and drop me off if needed?
Francis Collision Centre offers our free “Executive Service” courtesy pick-up and delivery of every customer’s car and rental.
When will you start on the repairs after I drop off my car?
Repairs to your car will begin when your insurance company approves your claim and the proper parts are received. This will enable us to get your automobile back to you as soon as possible and shorten the repair process.
How long will the repairs to my automobile take?
Every repair claim is different and has a different timetable for completion. You will be kept apprised of the status of your automobile by one of our customer service representatives by phone and/or email on a regular basis.
